new Coaching Program for Parents, Educators & ProvidersParenting and the professional care of children are the most important – and most difficult – tasks any of us will ever do. To support that awesome responsibility, we are now making ourselves available to those who aspire to excellence in raising children. Under the guidance of Calvin & Carolyn Richert, Take fiVe Publications and Seminars is pleased to announce a new coaching service for parents and educational professionals we have named the LSCM Coaching Program. Keynote addresses and workshops for conference situationsAs always, these events are negotiated individually, since both requirements and costs vary widely from event to event. Normally, subjects are selected from a Topic Index that we email to the inquiring individual or organization. Fees in these situations include, but are not limited to, considerations of distance, amount of time dedicated to the event, number of appearances and/or presentations during the event, promotional and display options, preparation time for subject matter requested, periferal expenses, organizational practices and local budget. If transportation costs can be shared by back-to-back events, we are happy to discount applicable expenses. To contact us for this category of engagement, go HERE. Parenting clubs & local organizationsAs you may know, for many years we have operated a small full-time childcare-preschool facility that has seriously limited our availability for speaking engagements, especially during daytime hours. Now, with more time open for outside engagements, we are making ourselves readily available, especially to this category of engagement. Our new small-group plan is designed for groups like MOPs, Mothers of Multiples Clubs and other parenting support groups. Advice-On-Request
Since many of the people who write us are desperate for answers that actually work, we respond to each question carefully, responsibly and honestly. Because child management concerns always involve several related issues, quick, simple answers are simply not practical. Therefore, these responses are almost always about the length of a feature article in a magazine. It is our intent to give enough information in these articles for the reader to actually use the advice, whether the user is the original writer of the request or someone else who is faced with a similar challenge. DWD NewsletterEach month we send out a completely new issue of the Take fiVe Update newsletter that features a current "QuikTips" article and other useful information. People around the world are finding the newsletter to be a valuable resource in making the guiding of children more of an adventure to be shared than a necessity to be endured. Of special interest to DWD alumni is the Insider Edition that includes an Enhancements section that expands on tools learned in the DWD basic seminar. The newsletter is included with every level of DWD membership. |
