Our uniquely positive, low-stress system actually works !

How do you raise positive children in a negative world? It's a question every parent and every educator on the planet needs to be asking. While, in the physical world, it is proved every day that light dispels darkness, people rarely commit themselves to that same principle in the non-physical world.

Why? They simply have not had the tools. DWD provides what has been lacking for so long.

DWD is the answer to bringing relief to the stress of raising children. It's a two-part approach:

  • We help our students better understand what is happening inside the child, greatly reducing the stress of mis-interpreting what children do and say.
  • We teach our adult students how to use a set of highly effective, but simple tools strategies that are in sync with the inherent dignity of children.

Others have addressed this subject with minimal results. However, DWD has developed an amazingly effective child management system that gives adults positive solutions to the wide range of issues that children invent and present to their supervising adults on a daily basis.

And imagine doing all that with a consistently low-stress mindset! We all know that raising kids is one of the most demanding tasks known to man ... or woman! But, it does not have to be a mind-breaker. The trouble is that adults tend to communicate with and do things to children that are inherently against their dignity as humans. Naturally, they push back out of their native survival instinct.

Our MISSION

To train adults in the use of positive guidance tools that encourage the inner growth of children.

Learning to communicate with and motivate children to make decisions with their heads and hearts.

Our LOGO

The Heart represents the inner child, which is our primary focus.

DWD Logo - Heart with Arrow

Our TAG LINE

"... from the inside out" defines the foundation of true character development.

OUTSIDE-IN is how almost all adults teach children until they learn the skills of DWD.

Our FOCUS

  • To help children balance the ‘all about me’ syndrome of childhood.
  • To raise children to be authentic at their core instead of superficial.
  • To guide children to use respect as their basis of interaction with others.
